Vegan Spelt Baked Doughnuts with Raw Chocolate Glaze

Some of my family called in last Saturday, when I had ‘coincidentally’ just finished recipe testing these vegan spelt baked donuts with raw chocolate glaze (they all know Saturday’s a shoot day). ☺ Now my dad is not usually one for liking ‘healthy’ desserts, but after trying these vegan donuts straight from the oven, he couldn’t stop at one. Harissa Baked Chicken

Sooo, I think I’m going through a ‘harissa’ phase at the moment. I seem to be adding it on everything! Especially broccolini, along with organic ghee and sea salt. SO good! The other week I baked some chicken in the oven and added the same ghee, harissa and sea salt combination. It was super delicious, and now it’s Mike’s new favourite chicken recipe, and one that I had to share with you all!

Spiced Carrot Baked Oatmeal with Maple Roasted Pecans

I love oats and porridge, especially in the cooler months. It’s a warm, cosy, comforting meal with so many options for toppings and flavours. My go-to porridge topping is usually fresh berries and pure maple, but as we are in autumn (fall) here in Australia, I’m using some sweet, earthy, autumnal flavours for this week’s super delicious new recipe; Spiced Carrot Baked Oatmeal with Maple Roasted Pecans.
