Nectarine, Basil & Burrata Salad with Basil & Pistachio Vinaigrette

For this week's new recipe I partnered with Royal Doulton to bring you this delicious nectarine, basil, and burrata salad with a basil and pistachio vinaigrette.

Tuna Melt Toastie

Here's my ultimate herb-filled Tuna Melt Toasted Sandwich.

This delicious toastie is packed full of fillings. If you prefer less filling, feel free to divide it between two sandwiches. If you're making this for more than one person, just increase the amounts based on the number of sandwiches you'll be making.

I've used a Red Leicester sharp cheddar (hence the colour), but feel free to add your favourite cheddar. Also, use thick sourdough bread for the best results.

Cherry Tomato & Fresh Corn Spaghetti with Basil & Lemon

This week's new recipe is a fresh and flavour-packed cherry tomato and fresh corn spaghetti with basil and lemon.

The sweetness from the tomatoes and corn, matched with the smokey spice of the Aleppo pepper, the zingy lemon, and the herbaceous basil taste so delicious!

If you can’t get your hands on Aleppo pepper (a milder almost fruity/smokey chili) simply use a pinch of chili flakes to your taste.

To make this pasta vegan simply leave out the parmesan. To make it gluten-free use a gluten-free spaghetti.
