Harissa Baked Chicken

Sooo, I think I’m going through a ‘harissa’ phase at the moment. I seem to be adding it on everything! Especially broccolini, along with organic ghee and sea salt. SO good! The other week I baked some chicken in the oven and added the same ghee, harissa and sea salt combination. It was super delicious, and now it’s Mike’s new favourite chicken recipe, and one that I had to share with you all!

I love oats and porridge, especially in the cooler months. It’s a warm, cosy, comforting meal with so many options for toppings and flavours.
