Chocolate Semifreddo with Chili, Strawberry, Olive Oil & Rose

With The World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards being held in my hometown of Melbourne this week (which I was lucky enough to attend!), and so many world class chefs showcasing in town, I was inspired to create a little something adventurous this week. After a little experimentation, I came up with this new chocolate semifreddo with chili, strawberry, olive oil and rose recipe that I’m super excited to share with you all!

Vegetable Packed ‘Rainbow’ Lasagne

This week’s new recipe is a delicious veggie-packed rainbow-coloured lasagna! I’m SUPER happy with how this one turned out. It’s definitely a winner but does take a little time to prepare as all the vegetables need to sit on separate layers between the lasagne sheets, creating that pretty looking rainbow effect.

Hi friends! This week's new recipe is my ‘choose your own adventure’ Mexican salad bowls and loaded nachos. There are so many elements to this meal that you can mix up and swap out depending on your taste. This recipe also makes a great sharing meal, simply lay all the sides out on the table and people can pick and choose what they wish to create.
