Watermelon & Strawberries with Pistachios, Honey & Mint

Ingredients

  • ½ watermelon (about 5 cups chopped)
  • 2 punnets strawberries, sliced 
  • ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 4 sprigs of mint, leaves roughly torn
  • 3 tbs raw honey 

Method

  1. Place the chopped watermelon and sliced strawberries into a medium sized serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and mint.
  3. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
  4. Enjoy!
