Harissa Baked Chicken

Sooo, I think I’m going through a ‘harissa’ phase at the moment. I seem to be adding it on everything! Especially broccolini, along with organic ghee and sea salt. SO good! The other week I baked some chicken in the oven and added the same ghee, harissa and sea salt combination. It was super delicious, and now it’s Mike’s new favourite chicken recipe, and one that I had to share with you all!

Spiced Carrot Baked Oatmeal with Maple Roasted Pecans

I love oats and porridge (which you may have already noticed if you follow me on Instagram)! Especially in the cooler months. It’s a warm, cosy, comforting meal with so many options for toppings and flavours. My go-to porridge topping is usually fresh berries and pure maple, but as we are in autumn (fall) here in Australia, I’m using some sweet, earthy, autumnal flavours for this week’s super delicious new recipe; Spiced Carrot Baked Oatmeal with Maple Roasted Pecans.
