Who loves chips?! I certainly do! My husband Mike has a ‘chip ranking’ of our favourite places in Melbourne that sell the best chips (hilarious but true). If we’re in the city we’ll sometimes call past one of these places just for their fries. Now, revealing that list is for another time, as today we’re here to talk baked sweet potato chips! Vanilla Buckwheat Waffles with Caramalised Peaches, Dark Chocolate & Pistachios

This week’s new waffle recipe forms the perfect base for whatever topping ingredients you may have in your kitchen. I love recipes like that! It's a 'choose your own adventure' type dish. I had a few peaches in the fruit bowl, some raw vegan dark chocolate in the fridge and pistachios in the cupboard... perfect!

Spelt Chocolate Fondant Cakes

Happy Easter friends! I thought it was only fitting to post a new ‘chocolatey’ recipe treat this week, in celebration of this special holiday weekend.

Today’s spelt chocolate fondant cake recipe is a little indulgent and calls for a good quality butter and dark chocolate. I have used a cultured butter (pepe saya) and organic dark chocolate. I’m also currently testing a dairy free coconut oil alternative and will update the recipe as soon as I’ve nailed it!
